My sister is coming round for Christmas this year, we used watched Elf way too many times when we were younger (can you watch it too many times?!) but we also love The Grinch too, argh there's too many to choose from!

Die Hard - John McClane, officer of the NYPD, tries to save his wife Holly Gennaro and several others that were taken hostage by German terrorist Hans Gruber during a Christmas party at the Nakatomi Plaza in Los Angeles.

Last year there was a debate at work about what the best Christmas movie is, Love Actually or The Holiday. My colleague and I both said The Holiday because, I've never actually seen Love Actually, I will at some point I just haven't watched it yet because I'm convinced that I won't like it.
No Christmas is complete without The Muppets or The Polar Express, although the latter will most likely give you nightmares.

Love Actually - Follows the lives of eight very different couples in dealing with their love lives in various loosely interrelated tales all set during a frantic month before Christmas in London, England.
The Muppet Christmas Carol - The Muppet characters tell their version of the classic tale of an old and bitter miser's redemption on Christmas Eve.
