Siren London Wishlist

More wishlists!!! I'm constantly dreaming of money (that I don't have) :(
I'd seen a few links to Siren London's site before I visited it a couple months back and I've finally managed to pick 6 of my favourite items (out of the many I have in my favourites) to make this wishlist. Firstly these dresses! I love the detail on the black dress, I've been looking for similar tops but I think this dress would be perfect and for the mint dress, I absolutely love the colour and the lace but I'm not too sure I could pull of the backless part though.

Now I've been seeing Jack Daniels top a lot but every time I saw one on a blog they were from vintage shops and I can't be bothered to go hunting in shops just to find one, so I'm glad I've finally found one here. I love these boots because they're black and studded plus you can never have too many boots. Finally this satchel. I already have to satchels but I want another one that's big enough to fit my laptop and my charger as they're both kinda chunky. This colour would be a good change from the usual black and navy bags I own.

OOTD: The Interview

Faux Leather Waistcoat, Primark - Gift | Contrast Leather Sleeve Jacket, H&M - Gift | T-Shirt, Primark - £4 | Bodycon Skirt, Forever 21 - £6 | Bag - Label Lab, House of Fraser - Gift | Pumps, H&M - £7.99

So on Monday I had a job interview down in Oxford Street, I say down but I don't live that far away. Anyway, so I usually wear trousers for interviews but the pair I had were just awful, I got them from Time back in June or July to wear while I was working at the Olympic park and they're too big up top and slightly too short, so the night before I decided to wear a skirt instead.

Instead of going for the extra smart look with a white shirt I threw on my Oxblood t-shirt with my bodycon skirt. I picked this top because it added a bit of colour but mostly because I could wear this bag with it. I finished off the look with my rarely worn pump

I'm still working out this new camera, tripod and the lighting. I think a few more changes and it'll be all good.

OOTD: Lime Green

Lace Skater Dress- H&M, £7.99 | Cardigan- Primark, £12 | Two tone blazer- H&M, £7 | Mesh Side Panel Leggings- Gift | Faux Leather Backpack- Primark, £9

This is what I wore yesterday when I went to see my Grandad with my parents. Afterwards we took a trip down to Stepney Green to check out East End Thrift Store, then to Curry's where my dad bought me another tripod. So these pictures are me experimenting with the tripod and my new camera, so the lighting looks a little weird and I have no feet :(

It looked like it was going to be a nice day so I put on one of my favourite dresses that I got for half price from a trip down to Bluewater with the family. I love the bright lime green colour, the lace and the skater style. I put on the cardigan because it was still quite windy but it wasn't enough so I threw on my trusty blazer to top it off.
I love these leggings because of the mesh sides but I rarely wear them. Finally my semi-trusty backpack, I want a slightly bigger one so I can fit my laptop in and preferably not one from Primark that'll constantly break.

Wishlist- #2

1. Elasticated Gorilla Red-mouth Printed Dress - Romwe, 2. Shark Sweatshirt - Choies, 3. Black Contrast Leather Quilted Sleeve Zipper Coat - Sheinside, 4. Paley Ombre Blouse - Missguided, 5. Timothy DeLaGhetto Ohh La La Tee - Rodeo Arcade, 6. Metal Decoration Shape Heeled Leather Boots - Choies

Ugh I really need a job, I've been applying for so many but I haven't had much success. I have nothing to do from now until September wahhhh. Anyway here's another list of clothing wishes.

I have to have this dress because it's amazing I tend to wear a lot of black so the print on this dress would be a nice change. I've been wanting a black coat for months after my parents forced me to get rid of my beloved military coat, the only coat I have that I actually wear is blue. I love the look of this coat and its mega popular with bloggers like Kavita. The Ooh la la tee is from my favourite youtuber Timothy DeLaGhetto. The girl on the top is actually is oh so sexy girlfriend Chia and she is the main reason I want the top. The one thing I'm worried about is custom charges, I've never bought anything from the US but I know the charges can be pretty steep. And these shoes.... just because.

Birthday!!

So like I mentioned in a post a couple days ago it was my 20th birthday last Saturday (6th). I went out in the evening but I didn't really take any pictures of my outfit so I thought I'd show you some of the stuff I got from my parents and sister.

Converse Top- from New York| Casette iPhone case- Similar here| Belkin iPhone case- Similar here

This goes around the back of a microphone on a stand to stop noise being recorded. Although it was bought for my birthday, it's something both me and my sister will use and I'll probably only ever use it when she's at home anyway. Our mini studio is beginning to take shape.

The Host- Stephanie Meyer| Survival- Chris Ryan| Ratcatcher- Chris Ryan
The Ruins| Ponyo| Right at your Door| Priest
Books and DVDs are my favourite type of present! Anyone who knows me knows I'm obssessed with dvds and special features so these were perfect. I've been reading actual books a lot more recently rather then on my phone when I found a bunch that I've had for 2 years but never read.

Satchel- Zatchels| iPhone 3gs- my mum's old phone

and finally this amazing beauty is now in my possession

Pretty much in love with everything Samsung even though I've changed to an iPhone, but the iPhone has way better memory then my Samsung and I've wanted an iPhone for years.

Outfit | Oxblood

So it was my 20th birthday on Saturday and I wanted to post some pictures of what I wore on my night out but I didn't actually take any pictures :( so here's an outfit I wore a few days before on a shopping trip. I'll have a post up about some of the gifts I received in a few days.

Black Faux Leather Waistcoat, Primark - Gift
Grey Contrast Leather Sleeve Jacket, H&M - Gift
White Hoody, Nike - Gift
Oxblood T-shirt, Primark - £4
Grey Super Skinny Jeans, Primark - £11

So another outfit post and this one I actually wore out. I'm constantly wearing this waistcoat on top of this jacket. I thought I'd try it out when I got them because I wanted a leather jacket and I've been doing it ever since, they were both Christmas presents from my parents and so were the converse's. These are my third pair on Converse's, I have a pink pair that I haven't worn in years and a black cartoon print pair that I wear all the time. The colour of my jeans always seems to run onto my shoes so I thought why not get a leather pair that way I can use a wet wipe to get the colour off.

Now onto these jeans, I don't really like them. I find it impossible to find jeans that fit me properly; they're all big at the top and around the knees. I suppose it would help if I bought jeans from somewhere other then primark.

History X: Final Production Video

So here it is guys the finished copy of our adapted American History X script. It was a long process before we even began filming and an even longer process editing, but I think with everything that happened we did a pretty good job.
I've embedded the video below, it was uploaded by the director so it says Charlotte instead of Jaye, but check it out and let me know what you think.

When Harry Met Sally Adaptation: Video

Finally back with some more production goodness now that I'm practically finished with my 2nd year at university. Our final project was screened to the class on Monday and it got a positive reponse! It's not online just yet but when it is I'll make a special post for it but for now here's the When Harry Met Sally Adaptation we shot a few weeks earlier.

I may or may not have mentioned a short while back that I had to do a poster for a research project a few backs, during the event we had to vote for the best poster and two weeks we found out the results and I came first!!! Was completely shocked because I only spoke to two people about my poster, but I spent hours getting the design right because I wanted it to look all nice and colourful.

It does look pretty good I must say
